Yes! We encourage future guests to come tour the park. To tour the park and the clubhouse (guest access only) please contact Yeager Creek Management to schedule a tour.

Reservations are made through campspot.
Reservations must be paid in full with a valid major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) prior to arrival.
All terms, policies, rates, and discounts are subject to change without notice and at any time.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a campsite.

Check-In is available between 1pm and 6pm daily, and Check-Out time is by 11am on the last day of your reservation. Early/late check-ins and late check-outs are available on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee. Please call or text 512.265.6568 with your anticipated arrival and departure times to ensure that a staff member will be available to assist you.

Well-behaved children of all ages are welcome on the premises with continuous adult supervision.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian who is responsible for them and their behavior at all times (including in areas such as, but not limited to, the clubhouse, restrooms, showers, laundry room, walking trails, fire pits, or elsewhere on the property).
THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION.

We do not enforce age restrictions on RVs at Yeager Creek; however, RVs must be in good condition upon arrival and remain tidy, in good condition, and well maintained while on the property. Absolutely no exceptions for window AC units, broken windows, exposed siding, mold, exterior damage on RVs of any age.

Well behaved and leashed dogs are welcome on the property. Pet owners must have control over their dogs at all times and be respectful to the community and neighbors. Dogs are not permitted inside campground buildings.
