Our Amenities
While our primary focus is giving our guests a nature-driven experience, we also value simple comforts which is why we provide access to a 24/7 bathhouse with restrooms, showers, and a laundry room for all guests to use. Community is important to us so while you are here, we highly recommend meeting your neighbors and gathering together around one of the large fire pits to share your travel stories or join fellow travelers for game night in the clubhouse! The community at Yeager Creek RV is very special!
Showers
We have 4 shower rooms that are completely private. Our guests have access to our showers 24/7.
Restrooms
There are men’s and women’s bathrooms with three stalls, sinks, and mirrors with electrical outlets. Bathrooms are heated/cooled, stocked, and cleaned regularly.
Laundry Facility
A coin operated laundry facility is available 24/7 for all guests. Two washers and two dryers, hang-dry rack, and laundry detergent available for purchase.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is accessible by code 24/7 for all guests to use. Equipped with high-speed wifi, coffee maker, microwave, TVs, book exchange library, puzzle and game tables, living room, and outdoor patio, the clubhouse is ready to be enjoyed and shared among park guests.
Wifi
Out in the rolling hills and valleys of the Texas Hill Country it is rare to find properties with high-speed Wifi. Luckily, we have strong signal available for guests to stream movies or get some remote work done while in the clubhouse and at most sites.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
Monday game night, Friday movies and pizza, sunset happy hour mingling with your neighbors? One of the best parts about Yeager Creek RV is our centralized gathering space “the clubhouse” which provides an area for our short term and monthly guests to gather.
FIRE PITS
Sprinkled throughout the property we have fire pits and grills to gather around, swap stories, and enjoy getting warm under the stars with your family, friends, and neighbors! Firewood is provided by Yeager Creek Management.
COMMUNITY GARDEN
We have a community garden for monthly guests to plant fruits and veggies. Plots are provided to guests upon request and when space is available.
HIDDEN SPOTS
We are continuously dreaming up ways to add enchanting experiences around the property for guests to discover. As you wander you may find a hammock, labyrinth, or bench overlooking the view…you’ll have to explore to find them all!
Concrete Slab Patio
Each RV slip has a 10x12 concrete slab for patio furniture and grills. Make a cozy seating area for yourself for a day, a week, or a month during your time at Yeager Creek!
ACRES TO EXPLORE
We believe that being immersed in nature is important and essential which is why we welcome guests to explore and hike the property. The Park at Yeager Creek is a stunning, Texas landscape of mature trees, calm meadows, billowing fields of grass, and peacefully grazing wildlife! Hiking and biking the trails, bird-watching, and star-gazing are some of our favorite park pastimes.
Fishing
We allow Yeager Creek RV guests to catch & release fish on the wet-weather creek in designated areas only. Guests who fish will need all appropriate fishing licenses.
