Frequently asked questions & PARK RULES

Touring the Park

We encourage future guests to come tour the park. To tour the park and the clubhouse please contact Yeager Creek Management to schedule a tour.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am daily. Please keep televisions, music, voices, and other noises to a minimum during these hours to avoid disrupting the peace and comfort of other campers.

Firewood

We provide firewood for our guests. Campers are not allowed to bring in their own firewood which will help prevent the spread of Emerald Ash Borer and Oak Wilt. To preserve the beauty of our wooded campground, please do not bring in firewood to the campground or cut down/damage trees in any way.

SMOKING

Please be considerate of fellow guests when smoking. Smoking of any kind (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and hookahs) is not permitted inside any building, within 25 feet of an entrance to any building, or within 25 feet of another guest's RV. It is also not allowed in the community spaces around the property. Smoking paraphernalia, cigarette, and cigar butts are considered trash/litter and must be disposed of in a trash receptacle, not on the ground. Management reserves the right to fine and/or ask violators of this policy to leave the park without refund.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In is available between 1pm and 6pm daily. Check-Out time is by 11am on the last day of your reservation. Early/late check-ins and late check-outs are available on a case-by-case basis and incur an additional fee. Please call or text 512.265.6568 with your anticipated arrival and departure times to ensure that a staff member will be available to assist you.

What is the gate code?

We are thrilled to offer our guests the added tranquility of a gated community. Each reservation will receive a unique gate code and clubhouse entry code upon check-in. These codes are not to be shared with others and will be deactivated upon each guest’s departure to minimize traffic and keep the park secure for all present and future guests.

vehicles & Parking

Two vehicles are permitted per site, and both must be registered with the Park. Additional vehicles must receive Yeager Creek RV Park permission. Extra vehicles that do not fit on the gravel pad of the RV spot must park in the extra parking spaces around the park.

WiFi

Strong wifi is available in the clubhouse and at most campsites. Please note that depending on the amount of campers in the park and the number of guests connected to the network, speeds may vary and wifi may not be accessible.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES

Scooters, Hoverboards, Golf Carts, & ATVs

For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles into the campground, unless for ADA purposes (please call and discuss with management if this applies to you). Guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without a refund.

Yeager Creek RV Resort is located on Yeager Creek. Guests have access to the wet weather creek for catch and release fishing only. For safety and liability reasons, swimming and boating of any kind is not permitted in any body of water on the property. Please do not leave any trash or trash cans outside overnight to help us keep our park clean and our local wildlife, wild.

The speed limit is 10MPH throughout the entire property. We know that 10MPH is ridiculously slow. So if you do not feel as if you are driving ridiculously slow then you are driving too fast.

Fishing & HUNTING

Catch and release fishing is allowed for park guests only. There are designated areas where fishing is permitted in the lake of Yeager Creek. Please be aware that the areas surrounding the lake and outside of designated fishing areas are unkept and contain wildlife such as waterfowl and water snakes in their natural habitat. Guests are solely responsible for possessing the proper licenses and following the laws and regulations of said licenses. Hunting of any kind is not permitted, violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in addition to being evicted without refund.
